- Damage or product failure caused by incorrect use of scooter.
- Failed to follow user instruction, incorrect driving, maintenance or adjustment.
- Damage or Failure due to rain, snow soaked, smoked, chemical etc., causing corrosion or natural wear and tear are not covered by the warranty.
- Products sold encounter force majeure failures(including but not limited to earthquakes, typhoons, fire, floods, social events, community events, violent crime, etc.)
- Warranty void if the user uses non-original parts or unauthorized alteration on the scooter.
